Delicious! I discovered El Parcero when I went for my regular nail appointment at Awsome Nails, in the same parking lot. A yummy piece of Colombia right next to my favorite nail place. what else can I ask for?? Riquísimo !!! The empanadas de carne are my favorite 😋.
